2020 Small Group Plans
Note: Two insurance companies — Montana Health CO-OP and PacificSource — are offering small group health insurance plans through the federal health insurance marketplace and off the exchange. All others are only offering small group plans off the federal exchange.

It’s important to keep a number of factors in mind when choosing a health insurance policy, such as your personal health needs, what the policy covers, and the costs of premium, deductibles, and prescription drugs.
Rates Comparison Charts
Charts comparing the rates and plans offered among the companies are available below. The charts are organized by rating area as color-coded on this map:
Rating Area 1 (BLUE) includes the following counties: Carbon, Musselshell, Stillwater, Sweet Grass, and Yellowstone.
Rating Area 2 (RED) includes the following counties: Broadwater, Cascade, Choteau, Deer Lodge, Gallatin, Jefferson, Judith Basin, Lewis and Clark, Silver Bow, and Teton.
Rating area 3 (PURPLE) includes the following counties: Flathead, Lake, and Missoula
Rating area 4 (GRAY) includes the following counties: Beaverhead, Big Horn, Blaine, Carter, Custer, Daniels, Dawson, Fallon, Fergus, Garfield, Glacier, Golden Valley, Granite, Hill, Liberty, Lincoln, Madison, McCone, Meagher, Mineral, Park, Petroleum, Phillips, Pondera, Powder River, Powell, Prairie, Ravalli, Richland, Roosevelt, Rosebud, Sanders, Sheridan, Toole, Treasure, Wheatland, and Wibaux.
