The Office of the Montana State Auditor, Commissioner of Securities and Insurance built this website so Montanans could do more than guess at health insurance.
The Montana State Auditor is charged with regulating two of Montana’s largest industries: insurance and securities. The office regulates insurance in the state, ensuring that plans sold here follow Montana law and that their rates are reasonable.
